Order

What Are The Exchanges If Any?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Can I or How Do I Cancel/ Exchange My Order?

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any order, or part of an order, at any point after receiving it—even if the Customer has received an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has been charged and the order is subsequently canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address or make changes to the products.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing An Order?

Please note that in rare cases, we may be able to update your shipping address within 3-4 hours of placing your order. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We recommend updating your shipping address to your residential address rather than a vacation address, as we cannot predict how long the package might be held by the destination's customs department.

Can I Use Several Discounts In One Order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

How Secure Is My Online Order?

Vaulta is dedicated to safeguarding your personal information and ensuring a secure online experience. We utilize industry-standard encryption and password protection technologies, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Rest assured, sensitive information, such as payment details, is never stored on our servers.

All credit card transactions are processed through the Stripe payment gateway, which is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payment industry.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL/DEPX.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we offer free shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are a few locations where we are unable to ship. If your address falls within one of those areas, we will reach out to you directly.

 

What About Customs?

*All customs fees are pre-paid by us (US ONLY).

How long does shipping take?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after being placed.

Delivery typically occurs within 7-14 business days from the shipment date, depending on the carrier's availability and your location.

Please note that shipment delays may happen if customs clearance or inspections are required in your country, or due to transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

Do You Provide Tracking Information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 6 days, please contact us on our contact Page.

My Tracking Code Says “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 6 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at our cantac us page.

Where Do You Ship From?

We operate with multiple fulfillment centers, with warehouses located in the US, UK, AU, and CN. Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee that an order will ship from a specific warehouse. Our team prioritizes getting orders out as quickly as possible, and if stock is limited in a particular warehouse, your order will be shipped from the location that has sufficient inventory.

What Is Your Warranty?

Vaulta products are crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and workmanship. We guarantee that our faucets will remain leak and drip-free under normal residential use for as long as the original homeowner owns the property. If any leaks or drips occur during regular use, The Riviera Tap Company will provide the necessary parts at no cost to restore the faucet to proper working condition.

All faucets sold by Vaulta come with a limited warranty, valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase for the original homeowner, unless otherwise specified on the individual product page. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use and proper care. For more details, please visit our Warranty Page.

Vaulta is a US-based company with global manufacturing and assembly, including facilities in the US. Each of our items is uniquely crafted. If you have any questions about a specific product, please feel free to contact us. All of our faucets are supported by our Lifetime Limited Warranty, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase.
